Rahul Kumar Singh is a dynamic young leader, social worker and dedicated karyakarta, who believes in the power of service, integrity and inclusive development for a stronger Bihar.
Starting as a youth party coordinator, Rahul Kumar Singh transitioned to major public service work. Guided by the values of accountability and local representation, he drives developmental projects in primary education, modern irrigation, and district road expansions.

2024 - present: Regional Development Spearhead
Directing multiple road expansion plans, district digital skill hubs, and micro-irrigation seminars across North Bihar blocks to reduce rural-to-urban youth migration.
2022 - 2024: Public Welfare Program Coordinator
Spearheaded weekly health camps, free medicine distribution drives, and green tree plantation initiatives targeting 50,000+ native saplings in Gaya and Nalanda blocks.
2018 - 2022: Youth BJP Bihar Coordinator
Organized regional youth skill seminars, vocational placement workshops, and district level Janata Darbar sessions to address primary constituency grievances.
